How we collect, use and protect information shared with us while you plan and enjoy your UAE journey.
Last updated: August 2026
When you contact Al Amri Tourism, request a quote or submit a booking enquiry, we may collect details such as your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, country of residence, travel dates, group size, selected services and any information you choose to include in your message.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare suitable tour or travel options, confirm availability, coordinate bookings and provide customer support. We may also use it to improve our website, services and communication with travellers.
To deliver a requested service, we may share relevant information with trusted suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, tour operators, activity partners, airlines, visa-support partners or event providers. We only share information reasonably needed to arrange or support your request.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, email or a social platform, your message is also handled under that platform’s own privacy and security practices. We use the details you send to continue your conversation and manage your travel request.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect enquiry and booking information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our website may use basic technical information, such as browser type, device details or visited pages, to keep the site working and understand general usage. We do not use your booking information for unrelated advertising without a lawful basis or your permission where required.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it for legal, accounting or booking-related reasons. You may also choose not to provide optional information, although this may limit our ability to arrange a service.
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to complete a booking, resolve a query, meet legal obligations or protect our legitimate business interests.
Our services are arranged for adults and families, but bookings should be submitted by a parent, guardian or authorised adult when they include children. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children for independent marketing.
We may update this policy when our services, website or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Al Amri Tourism at info@alamritourism.com or +971 50 217 4793. Our office is at Office 101, White Swan Building, World Trade Center, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.
If you have a question about a booking, service or the information you have shared, we are ready to help.
